This product does what it says on the tin. It will keep your drink warm. Unfortunately it's a bit unstable and mine seems to be not fully balanced (i.e. it isn't stable when on a solid surface). It also buzzes when heating up which is a bit annoying as it's quite audible.

Great cup warmer, always kept my cup warm and I finally avoided drinking cold coffee but now it has been just over a year, it started turning it off randomly, sometimes 1 minute or so after I switch it on, which is annoying because you don't realise and the coffee never warms up. I saw another review mentioning the same thing, so something to consider. You will love the product for one year and then it starts playing up.

I am a slow drinker but can't stand cold coffee and tea. Also when working at my computer I often forget I've got a drink beside me. This little gadget has added quite a degree of pleasure to my days - it works and works very well. It keeps my drinks really hot for hours. I find that my ordinary mugs all seem to work happily on this warmer. Quite often the hottest setting is too hot and the middle setting is more than adequate. I bought two - one for me, one for a friend. I've just ordered a second one for me. One will stay upstairs beside my computer. The new one will sit downstairs beside my armchair. I am 88 and find if so very simple and easy to use. If you don't enjoy lukewarm tea/coffee - you will love this!

This seemed to work fine on day one. The timer turned it off, it didn’t get too hot. Day two onwards it’s been a fire risk. It’s heating it so hot that I’m having to layer silicone under and on it. Just plugged it back in this morning and it’s warming up without being turned on. Really scary how hot it staying, so the timer isn’t working either.

Funciona bien. Sirve para mantener caliente la taza, no para calentarla. Hay que poner la bebida suficientemente caliente si se desea que mantenga la temperatura. Resulta práctico que tenga la posibilidad de cambiar los grados y elegir el material de la taza, así como el tiempo de funcionamiento. El cable tiene suficiente longitud para mi caso. It has a HUGE smooth surface and will accommodate any size mug! It's almost big enough to hold two small mugs but it's all mine!! It will actually heat water to a burning temperature on the highest (red) setting so be careful. Definitely keeps my coffee hot!! I've had it for a few months now and have had no problems except for I have burned myself a few times so I have to remember to turn it down or sip slowly.

Leider heizt das Gerät auch im ausgeschalteten Zustand sobald der Stecker in der Steckdose ist. Das ist nicht zu akzeptieren, völlig unsicher. Das Gerät geht zurück.") hatte ich den Tassenwärmer gekauft. Ich hoffte, dass ich einen einwandfreien Artikel erhalte, was sich aber nicht bestätigt hat. Auch bei mir hat der Tassenwärmer trotz voreingestelltem Abschalttimer weitergeheizt. Daher sende ich diesen zurück und werde diesen Artikel auch nicht wieder bestellen.
