I would definitely recommend getting the Anker conference speaker mic. There is only so many times I can wear a headset for meetings before my ears start to hurt. The sound quality is really good both hearing and speaking and it sits nicely on my desk! It works for MS Teams and Zoom calls.

I’ve had enough of Anker and Eufy products. The battery life is shockingly poor, and the longevity is even worse. Despite their claims of durability and long-lasting performance, my devices barely hold a charge after just a few months of use. It’s clear that these products are built with cheap components and zero regard for actual customer satisfaction. To make matters worse, their customer service is an absolute joke. Instead of standing behind their products, they do everything possible to avoid responsibility—delaying responses, offering useless troubleshooting steps, or outright refusing to honor warranties. It’s clear they care more about saving money than helping customers who’ve spent hard-earned cash on their subpar products. I regret buying from Anker and Eufy and will never recommend them to anyone. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere for reliable electronics.

I have mixed feelings about this speaker. It is really good when it's connected to my phone, but I bought this primarily to use with my work laptop. However, there are issues when connecting to certain laptops, for example Dell. I get crackling when connected to my laptop. Anker states in online documentation this is due to the laptop, and not the speaker. Regardless whose fault it is, it doesn’t work well with all laptops.
