I bought this product for my rising desk, working from home etc. When it arrived, in good time, it was missing the clamp I needed to attach it to the desk but customer services who were excellent sent one over. I couldn't install it, it wobbled all over, I wasn't happy... Customer services explained very patiently that I was doing it wrong, which I was, entirely my fault, and hey presto I now have a perfectly installed power bar on my desk thanks to my new friends in customer services! Sturdy construction, really solid product. Thanks again customers services.

Super please with this item, sturdy, easy installation and looks good on my desk. I’ve used it on an Ikea desk top. Standard desk top too thick for the clamp so I had to clamp it directly onto the desk - the underside of the desk top will probably be damaged but that is of non consequence to me.

Not a cheap unit, but appears well made. There is a constant dim green glow from the USB block which my wife thought would annoy her when trying to sleep, but doesn't seem to have bothered her in practice. (Not very bright - I'm talking about the green glow, not my wife!).

Could have been perfect but as soon as you plug it in and turn it on it produces a loud whine. Given it's specifically a desk mounted extension its kind of a deal breaker to have it sat next to you whining like that. Reviews of other prodcuts also associated coil whine with possible hardware failure which ultimately is a safety issue. I dont know if this is just my unit or if every unit of this product will produce this whine, but i'm not going to get another one to test. returning this and trying a different make.

Extension is well-built from solid aluminium so you don't need to be worried about the built quality. 3 power sockets + 2 USB charging ports are great for home office allowing you to charge mobile devices etc. directly off the extension It can be screwed to the desk surface allowing it to stay in place and is really easy to install with just few simple steps - it's especially good for mobile and standing desks if you worry about your cables accidentally pulling out from normal extension lead. Definitely recommend the product for home office use like mine
